Ferrea proudly introduces a new high quality copper-bronze blended alloy valve guide. We developed these valve guides with proprietary heat treatment processes allowing for greater heat dissipation, heat resistance, and lubricity properties for the next generation of high performance race engines. All our valves guides are CNC precision machined to exact tolerances. They are ideal for intake and exhaust applications and are compatible with titanium and stainless steel valves.

This New and optimized Special Aluminum-Magnesium Roller Rocker System was designed and developed by Ferrea to replace the factory Steel Rocker Arm System and eliminate the V-TEC Function. Factors such as weight, mass moment of inertia, deflection, and cycle durability are taken into account throughout the design and testing process.

To complete the Valve-Train Spring Kit Ferrea offers premium quality Spring Seat Locators. Ferrea takes great pride in fully CNC machining in-house from 4140 chromoly alloy for different applications. Each piece is crafted to exact tolerances OD & ID specs and insure flat, parallel spring pad to the bottom surface. Heat treatment consists of a hard Nitrided surface for unmatched toughness and anti-wear characteristics. We also offer custom manufactured production runs capable of meeting your specifications.

Ferrea Hydraulic Lifter Shim reduces the factory hydraulic lifter travel, providing a more solid valvetrain assembly for high performance racing engines.

Ferrea valve seals are made of rubber compound material for intake application and special hi-temp compound for exhaust application.

Our Ferrea Lash Caps are machined from 4140 chromoly alloy. Each piece is specially heat treated for maximum strength and finished with black oxide for an attractive finish. These parts are available for most applications in various sizes from 5.5mm to 3/8".

Ferrea introduces its new roller cams for Acura and Honda V-TEC engines. Made from 8620 steel billet cores, these new roller cams produce amazing increases in torque, horsepower and throttle response while increasing the rpm power band in performance engines. Quicker acceleration, on turbo motors, spools turbo faster for quicker boost. These cams are designed to reduce valvetrain weight, thus creating faster moment of inertia response. They also require high performance springs and titanium retainers.

Ferrea’s premium Valve Locks are manufactured from high quality materials to meet strict tolerances. Available for most popular applications is our Titanium Valve Locks, Steel Valve Locks and Steel Valve Super Locks.

Ferrea valves are carefully crafted from the proper materials that are specific to each application to ensure the highest valve performance and reliability. The material’s ability to resist drastic thermal variations is crucial to the valve life. That is why we are constantly testing and evaluating new materials and processes to provide the highest level of fatigue resistance in the industry.

Our manufacturing process on how we produce such high quality valves is very detailed and state of the art. Ranging from the production of One Piece Forge valves to Bimetallic Forged Valves and Hard Chrome Plate valves used for high performance.

Ferrea currently offers two different kinds of springs, Beehive Valve Springs and Valve Springs. Both are crafted using the latest technology and processing techniques and developed from the highest premium grade materials available. Ferrea’s wide range of retainers are available for Domestic,Sport Compact and Motorcycle markets. We currently offer four different types of retainers to choose from: Titanium, Lightweight Tool Steel, Steel and Aluminum Magnesium retainers, all of which are CNC machined to perfection and offer superior strength and stability.
