Cash, Cashier's Check or Money Order via UPS-COD. Company Checks only to approved accounts. A Service Charge of 1½% (18% per annum) will be added to all past due accounts. Also, a service charge will be applied to all returned checks. If the seller requires the service of an attorney, whether legal action be brought or not, in the event of any default, the buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection including, but not limited to, court costs and attorney fees. |

We use major carriers for shipping (UPS, FedEx, etc.) with freight and other delivery charges (COD, insurance, etc.) collect. |

All special orders must be paid in full, in advance when ordered. The sales of special orders are final and no items may be returned. |

Must be authorized and include a copy of the Invoice. No returns accepted after 30 days from the Invoice date. All merchandise returned is subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Any custom-machined parts made under customer specifications are non-returnable items and the sale is final on these products. |

Our racing products are sold without warranty of any kind due to the unusual stress
placed on these racing components and because we have no control over how they are used. All implied warranties including all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and other obligations or liabilities are hereby disclaimed. No representations have been made to the buyer regarding our products including, but not limited to, any representation as to their quality or performance. The sole obligation of Ferrea Racing Components (Horacio O. Ferrea N.A.D., Inc.) shall be limited only to the products to be found defective, in either workmanship or material, after the inspection performed by our company. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and only covers the replacement or repair of the product at Ferrea's election.
The company shall not be responsible for any damage caused by defects or failure of these parts. The company shall not be responsible for any consequential damage arising from any cause whatsoever, nor for labor, transportation or any other related incurred costs due to the replacement or repair of the defective products. |

All the parts are sold for racing purposes and may be installed on vehicles (cars, motorcycles, boats, etc.) used solely in sanctioned off-highway events. The installation of these parts may cause the vehicles to be unable to be lawfully used on public highways, and the purchaser assumes all risk and expenses thereof.
In our catalogs we use brand names for the sole purpose of identification for vehicles, engines, cylinder heads, etc. No other intention is implied in the use of these brand names.
