Ferrea’s Titanium Hollow Stem Valves just got lighter and stronger with a complete new design. We have developed a proprietary manufacturing process that gun drills and micro polishes the bore of the valve stem. This proprietary process insures greater structural integrity than any other Titanium Hollow Valve on the market today. We have achieved a valve reduction in weight by approximately 10 percent compared to solid Titanium valves.

The 2013 Autosport International Show was a success this year! This was Ferrea Racing’s 8th year exhibiting at the show and it was a great show. We had on display the New Subaru BR-Z / Scion FR-S cylinder head outfitted with Ferrea Competition Plus Valves, pacalloy Dual Valve Springs, Titanium Retainers and Spring Seat Locators.
Also on display was the CNC ported Nissan GT-R cylinder head from Titan Motorsports outfitted with Ferrea Competition Plus Valves, pacalloy Dual Valve Springs, Spring Seat Locators, Valve Locks, Valve Guides and Valve Seals. Here are some great pictures from the show.
On display we had the Ford 5.0 Mustang cylinder head CNC ported by Head Games Motorworks and stacked with Ferrea’s Competition Plus Series Valves, Dual Valve Springs, Titanium Retainers and Spring Seat Locators. Also on display, the very popular Nissan GT-r VR38 cylinder head CNC ported by Titan Motorsports. Pushing 9000+ RPM using Ferrea’s Competition Plus Series Valves, Dual Valve Springs, Titanium Retainers, Spring Seat Locators and Valve Locks.

The SEMA 2012 Show is in full gear! We had a great opening day at the show and we are looking forward to meeting and talking to more of our clients. Come by and visit us at Booth #24329. The New Acura/ Honda K20 2nd Gen Roller Rocker is finally here. This Roller Rocker will handle over .650 lift @ 11,000 RPM. We optimized the fulcrum mass weight to 4 grams lighter than the 1st Gen Roller Rocker. We added additional strength towards the shaft area and reduced valve spring harmonics by 8%.
